The International House of Prayer-Knoxville has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy.

All credit card orders are placed on a secure server (SSL) and encrypted with (PGP) so only the International House of Prayer-Knoxville staff is able to decrypt them for order processing. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready for shipping. The information that we obtain is used for internal purposes only and is not shared, published, or sold to any sources outside of the International House of Prayer-Knoxville Ministry Base.

PAYMENT METHODS/OUT OF COUNTRY ORDERING

Credit Cards

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not add any credit card surcharges of any kind. Out of country orders (Outside of USA) will be processed at our discretion by credit cards, checks (Bank or Personal), money orders, and in USA currency sent to our mailing address. For your protection, we verify all credit card transactions (i.e., address, zip code, name, and expiration date, three digit cvv2 #on back of card and telephone number). Any attempt to commit or engage in fraudulent activity will be reported to the proper authorities.

You may call 1- 865-984-0302 Monday through Friday (9 AM - 4 PM Eastern Time) and speak live with our secretary operator who can answer questions and take credit card orders.

Checks

Please send all personal checks and money orders, payable to The International House of Prayer-Knoxville, 1802 Airbase Road, Louisville, TN 37777. Orders will be processed upon receipt of your payment.

SHIPPING METHOD

Orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) and via U.S. First Class Mail. Please allow 4 to 5 working days for delivery.
