Mike McClung, Senior Pastor
Mike has strong prophetic gifting, and also a call and anointing to teach and exhort the Body of Christ. Mike's mission is to unveil the knowledge of God in order that transforming grace will be released to bring reformation to the church and to rebuild, restore, and advance the kingdom of God. Revelatory teaching on the Bride and Bridegroom paradigm, the Kingdom of God, as well as teaching that unlocks the beauty of the corporate nature of the Body of Christ, are at the heart of his ministry. He has done extensive research and teaching on the Tabernacle of David, the Song of Songs, intimacy with God, and maturity in Christ (Eph. 4:11-16). Mike is the senior pastor of Lionheart Fellowship and the Director of the IHOP-Knoxville Ministry Base , which is a ministry devoted to establishing night and day intercessory worship and prayer for the greater Knoxville region. Mike has also been involved in Native American reconciliation initiatives and forums, and Apostolic and Prophetic Summits both in the U.S. and abroad. His calling to intercede in order to "open up" ancient wells has led him to occasional travel and teaching both in the U.S. and overseas. Mike has one daughter, Hannah.

Kelly McClung
Along with helping her husband, Mike, to plant and pastor Lionheart Fellowship, Kelly is a Registered Nurse. Kelly's calling is to help raise up a generation of fearless lovers of Jesus Christ. Kelly is also a Prophetic Team member, and is involved with the Dream Interpretation Teams. She is also a vocalist on several worship teams in the International House of Prayer-Knoxville. Kelly has a BA in Religious Studies and a BSN in Nursing, both from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro Mike Black
Mike Black is a Co-Pastoral Care Deacon. Along with his wife, Dolly, he also serves as an elder at Lionheart Fellowship, and as a Restoring the Foundations minister for deliverance and inner healing. He has a burden to see men in the body of Christ rise up to fulfill their potential as leaders in the kingdom of God. Mike has been involved in deliverance ministry and prophetic ministry for many years.
Dolly Black
Dolly, along with her husband Mike, serves as a Co-Pastoral Care Deacon and an elder at Lionheart Fellowship. Dolly is also a worship leader, psalmist, and is currently overseeing the Dance Ministry of IHOP-Knoxville. Dolly's calling is to minister to the Lord and to bring others into His presence. She desires all to know the importance of praise and of developing the deepest intimacy possible with the Lord. Dolly is a certified Restoring the Foundations minister and an authorized instructor of "Ministering Spiritual Gifts" based out of Christian International Ministries. She has been involved in area-wide ministry events for years, and in helping to bring unity throughout the body of Christ in the greater Knoxville area. Dolly is also a worship leader in the International House of Prayer-Knoxville and has traveled with IHOP teams to help establish Houses of Prayer in other localities. She and her husband, Mike, have two children, Michael and Jody, and one grandchild, Caleb.

Joe Clouse
Joe, along with his wife Patti, is a Pastoral Care Deacon for Lionheart Fellowship. Pastor Joe is an elder. He and Patti are the Sunday Children's Ministry Leaders. Joe also serves on the Healing Rooms of Blount County ministry teams, where he is dedicated to seeing the healing ministry of Jesus recovered. Pastor Joe loves to fish and is retired from the U.S. Air Force.
Patti Clouse
Patti assists her husband of twenty years, Joe, as an elder, Sunday morning children's ministry leader, and as a Pastoral Care Deacon. Patti has over 20 years experience in children's ministry. Patti has two children, Debbie, who also serves in children's ministry at Lionheart Fellowship, and Shawn, who lives in Anchorage, Alaska.
Both Joe and Patti desire is to build a passion and fire for the Lord in the children, and to teach them who they are in Christ, to grow in a deep, intimate relationship with Him, to walk in signs and wonders, and to build an unshakeable trust in Him for everything. 
Jan Strous
Jan is a teacher, Pastoral Care Deacon, intercessor and Prayer Leader for Lionheart Fellowship and the International House of Prayer-Knoxville. In the secular marketplace, Jan developed training materials and taught for the Air Force, the Department of Defense, the Pentagon, the Department of Energy, and the Centers for Disease Control. Jan's desire is to see God's people awakened by His Spirit, to His presence, through His word. Jan has led women's ministries, and has taught at regional conferences, retreats and gatherings at several churches and ministries throughout the years. She is a certified Precept Upon Precept instructor (Kay Arthur). Jan holds an MS in Educational Psychology and has two children, Stephen and Stacy. 
Glenn Barlow
Glenn, along with his wife Susan, is a Pastoral Care Deacon for Lionheart Fellowship. He is also a musician on the Lionheart Fellowship worship teams, and the worship teams in the International House of Prayer-Knoxville. Glenn's primary calling is to be a "Levite" - a kingdom musician in the restored Tabernacle of David ministry the Lord is raising up worldwide. His passion is to be pleasing to the Lord and to be a great husband and father. Glenn currently works as an accountant for the Dept. of Energy and holds a B.S. in accounting. He and Susan, his wife, have three boys, Aaron, Ethan and Matthew.
Susan Barlow
Susan, along with her husband Glenn, is a Pastoral Care Deacon for Lionheart Fellowship. Susan co-leads the women's ministry, Deborah's Den, for Lionheart Fellowship. Susan is also a nursery worker and is a member of the IHOP-Knoxville Dance Ensemble. Susan is an exhorter and her passion is to see people become all they can be in Christ. Susan holds degrees in Speech Therapy and Audiology, and Radiology. She also home schools her three sons. 
Kris Harken
Kris, along with his wife, Heidi, is a Pastoral Care Deacon for Lionheart Fellowship. He is also the Lionheart Fellowship Activity Director. One of Kris' callings is to help bring unity to the body of Christ through relational connection. He currently works as a sales representative in the surgical supply industry, and enjoys fishing and golf. Kris has a BA from Washington State University, and he and his wife, Heidi, have two children, Rachel and Rhett.
Heidi Harken
Heidi, along with her husband, Kris, is a Pastoral Care Deacon for Lionheart Fellowship. She also participates on the Lionheart Fellowship Worship Teams, Prophetic Teams, Healing and Deliverance Ministry Teams, and with the IHOP-Knoxville Communications Team. She is the Prayer and Worship Team Coordinator for the International House of Prayer-Knoxville, and, in the IHOP-Knox, she serves as a Worship Leader, Vocalist, and Prayer Leader. Heidi's calling is primarily in worship and intercession, but she also enjoys using her administrative gifts to help pioneer new ministries. Heidi holds a BS in Zoology and an MA in Philosophy. She loves ministering to the Lord and taking care of her family. 
Lisa Lankford
Lisa is the Executive Pastor for Lionheart Fellowship and the Senior Administrator for the International House of Prayer-Knoxville Ministry Base. Her greatest desire is to "daily hear the Lord and obey." Lisa has an extensive background in administrative work in both the secular arena where she served as an accounting assistant to a corporate comptroller, and the Christian sector where she served as the Director of the Entrepreneurial School of Inner City Ministries in Knoxville, TN. Lisa oversees the prophetic ministry teams for the IHOP-Knoxville. She is a Prayer Leader in the IHOP-Knoxvile and the administrator and coordinator of all IHOP-Knoxville conferences and community events. Lisa and her husband, Greg (married 23 years), live in Maryville with their dog, Beauregard. 
Mary Lee
Mary Lee is the Senior Intercessor for IHOP-Knoxville and is also a Prayer Leader in the International House of Prayer-Knoxville. Mary Lee has been involved in intercessory prayer for over 20 years, both locally and abroad. She has participated in many Native American reconciliation gatherings and initiatives, and has traveled with IHOP-Knox ministry teams to both Ireland and Wales in helping to plant Houses of Prayer. She has also traveled with pastors Mike & Kelly as a personal intercessor both nationally and internationally. Mary Lee has also served as president of a local Aglow International chapter. Her greatest desire is to be an extravagant lover of Jesus. Mary Lee has four children, Mendi, Gabe, Jesse and Whitney, and three grandchildren, Gillian, Isaac, and Brogan. 
Troy Rodgers
Troy is the senior worship leader at Lionheart Fellowship. His passion is to see the glory of the Lord revealed in and through the body of Christ. He is also a worship leader in the International House of Prayer-Knoxville and teaches percussion. Additionally, Troy, with his wife Sarah, is a Pastoral Care Deacon. Troy holds a BA in Church Music from Lee University and has many years of experience in worship and youth ministry. He and Sarah have two children, Judah and Asher.
Sarah Rodgers
Sarah, along with her husband, Troy, is a Pastoral Care Deacon for Lionheart Fellowship. She is also a worker in the children's ministry of Lionheart Fellowship. Additionally, Sarah is the Hospitality Coordinator for IHOP-Knoxville. Sarah holds both a BA and MA in political science, and is working toward her Ph.D. 
Wayne Hickman
Wayne is the Director of the Healing Rooms of Blount County. Wayne is also a Co-Pastoral Care Deacon at Lionheart Fellowship. Wayne has a deep burden to see revival come in and through the church, and to see the kingdom of God released. Wayne is also a Lionheart Fellowship Intercession Team leader. Wayne has a Masters of Divinity degree from Asbury Seminary in Wilmore, KY, and has pastored several churches throughout the United States in the last 20 years. Wayne and Rachel have two children, Robert and Bethany.
Rachel Hickman
Rachel is a part of the ministry teams in the Healing Rooms of Blount County and also a Co-Pastoral Care Deacon at Lionheart Fellowship. . Rachel is also an instructor at Tennessee School for the Deaf and an interpreter for the deaf. She, along with her husband, Wayne, has pastored several churches throughout the last 20 years. Rachel has a Masters degree in Deaf Education and also a Masters in Missions/Evangelism from Asbury Seminary in Wilmore, KY. Ben and Jodie Brown
Tuesday 7 PM Equipping Meeting for Teens (ages 13-17 years)
Ben and Jodie Brown have been married for five years and serve as the Teen Equipping Leaders on Tuesday evenings. They enjoy biking, hiking, skydiving, and space travel. Jodie is a trained dancer and uses her gifting and skill to worship the Lord and to teach others how to engage God through dance. Ben and Jodie have a passion for God and to see His purposes fulfilled. They also have a heart for God's people, and puppies. They live in Knoxville, Tennessee, with their son Caleb.
