FALL SEMESTER DANCE CLASSES (Dates for Fall classes, to be announced)

IHOP - Knoxville will be offering dance classes to the community, dates for the Fall will be announced.

Instruction by Jodie Black Brown

Jodie Black Brown has both trained and danced for 16 years, 5 of them as a member of a professional modern dance company. After marrying in 2001, Jodie moved to Mesa, AZ where she was the Administrator of Amazing Grace School of Creative Arts (now Experience Art School) for 5 years. During that time she was an instructor, choreographed a repertoire of 30 pieces and co-directed 6 productions. Her desire is that all God’s artists will truly understand the art of worshipping our Lord in spirit and in truth and seeing the Father’s heart expressed. Jodie has returned to the Knoxville area and is now an instructor with the IHOP - Knoxville Dance Ministry.

Teaching Tracks

IHOP-Knoxville is excited to announce special training tracks we will be offering the body of Christ in the greater Knoxville area @ 7PM on Tuesday evenings, beginning Sept. 8, 2009. The following tracks will be offered:

"Knights of the Cross" - a 12-week track, for children ages 6-12, taught by David Townsend, intercessory missionary with IHOP-Knoxville. A course for all ages, designed by David White of Morningstar Ministries, focused on building a strong biblical, kingdom-centered foundation for a new, emerging generation. It is designed to help children to become "true knights of the cross," which means applying the highest standards of integrity, honor, consecration and self-sacrifice in service to the Lord Jesus Christ and His kingdom. Muslim extremists are training their children to lay down their lives for their faith, often as suicide bombers. We want this emerging generation to be empowered to lay down their lives for the Lord in order to save souls and not kill...

from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Starts 7/13/07.

Just as the central core of the Tabernacle of David was the manifest presence of God, the very heartbeat of the House of Prayer is also His manifest presence. The book of Hebrews portrays Jesus, who is the manifest presence of God. We will be using the book of Hebrews to fix our eyes upon Jesus and press into the deeper things of God.
